fees & insurance information

I accept all PPO plans. I am not currently able to accept any HMO plans, although I am in the process of trying to get credentialed with a few of the local HMO plans. Please check back later for more information about any possible changes to this information, as it relates to my HMO credentialing.

If you have a PPO plan, I will do all the billing directly with the insurance carrier. All you have to do is figure out if you have a deductible in order to go out of network (except with BCBS PPO, which I am in-network).

If you are interested in pursuing work with me and you do not have insurance, would prefer not to use your insurance for reasons of confidentiality, and/or I am not able to accept/bill your insurance, I am available for sliding scale services. My standard rate is $150.00/session for a 50-minute individual therapy appointment. I charge $180.00 for the initial intake appointment, which last for roughly 90-minutes.

I only accept cash and checks at this juncture.
