As I am busy learning the craft of podcasting as the interviewer (a craft that is way more difficult than it may seem:-) I hope you will enjoy this podcast where I was the interviewee.

Several weeks back Kelli Walker, a Registered Nurse and Certified Health and Wellness Coach, contacted me to see if I was interested in coming on her podcast, Not Another Anxiety Show, to discuss my recent blog post about anxiety and the role of mindfulness in treating anxiety disorders.  I was thrilled to have the opportunity to discuss this topic with Kelli and learned that for her this topic is also personal, as she suffered from panic disorder and agoraphobia for years before better understanding her own unique expression of anxiety and panic.  Ironically, we are both from New England and had a great time exploring the role of mindfulness, meditation, epigenetics, and psychology in the battle against anxiety.
